Join us for the annual Immerse All-Team Christmas Party!
The Christmas Party will be at Ferncliff Camp (1720 Ferncliff Rd, Little Rock, AR 72223) on Thursday, December 11th from 6-8pm.
The Christmas Party is a long-standing gathering for our team to celebrate and connect with one another. We would love for you all to be there for this night of fun filled with traditions and new surprises!
Please RSVP as soon as possible (by Fri 12/5) so we can get an accurate headcount. Spouses or + 1's are welcome to join (note, this is a kid-free evening)! No required attire, but holiday attire is always encouraged! We will even have a Most Festive Fit competition.
Excited to reflect on all that God has done in this last year!
Sock Exchange
It’s time for the long-awaited, much-anticipated, dare I say, life-changing, mind-blowing, larger than life Official Immerse Sock Exchange of 2025.
For those of you who have not yet participated in this epic, even legendary, event before, you’ll find some FAQ’s below.
These FAQ’s were developed after the Official Immerse Dirty Santa Sock Exchange of 2012, which was a disaster. New team members did not have the information they needed to be prepared for the exchange, and I’m afraid they are still trying to outlive the embarrassment of that moment.
ANYhoo, please take the time necessary to familiarize yourself with the information below. It will be a great time, especially if we’ve all prepared adequately. I promise you. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
Sock Exchange FAQ's
Q: What type of socks should I bring?
A: Whatever your heart desires. You could buy Christmas socks, white socks, wool socks, funny socks, boot socks, comfy socks... again, whatever your heart desires.
Q: Should I wrap the socks before I come?
A. Yes please! That would be really helpful.
Q: If my significant other is coming, should I bring one or two pairs of socks?
A. It's a great idea to bring two, wrapped separately.
Q: Should I take this seriously?
A: Very. This may quite possibly be your most favorite experience of the year. In year's past, some participants have expressed regret for not making this a higher priority than they did.
There is a Christmas tradition here at Immerse where we award “Immies” to every team member. They are superlatives, most likely to’s, catch phrases people are known for, or just fun things about people. Things like “Beard of the Year”, “Most Likely to Win The Voice”, or “Loudest Laugh”. To make it even more fun, these are things that we ask our team to contribute by submitting ideas for your fellow team members.
Here is our request: Please send your suggestions to BJ Herndon at bherndon@immersearkansas.org by EOD Friday, Dec. 5. These will be shared at the Immerse Christmas Party. We can’t wait to see all the fun things you submit!
