Lifebase young adult
A transitional program that equips youth ages 18-24 for healthy adulthood. From housing and one-on-one coaching, to mentoring and life skills training, we provide youth with the tools, skills, and supportive relationships they need to grow, as well as specialized programing for whatever life throws at them.
lifebase care
A transitional program for pregnant or parenting youth ages 18-24. We equip pregnant and parenting youth for a successful transition into adulthood for themselves and for their young families by providing housing, one-on-one coaching, mentoring, life skills training, and more.
Lifebase teen
A transitional program for teens ages 14-18 in foster care or who have been adopted and their families. Through one-on-one coaching, training, employment and education support, and relationship-building activities, we address past trauma and equip teens and their families for the teen’s transition into adulthood.
LifeBASE Young Adult
Every youth and every situation is different, which is why you deserve one-on-one coaching and a plan that’s unique to you. We’ll help you navigate the twist and turns of becoming an adult and provide a safe place to live.

LifeBASE Teen
