A Shelter for Youth Ages 18-24

On any given night last year, more than 100 youth were sleeping on the streets in central Arkansas.

Why a Youth Shelter?

We work with youth who have come from crisis, to make that season of life a launching pad, not a set back. Hear from our founder, Eric Gilmore, about how The Station fits into our wrap-around model to disrupt cycles of trauma and poverty in Arkansas.

The Big Reveal

Follow Immerse youth and alumni as they tour The Station for the very first time. These youth represent over 400 of our program participants across Central Arkansas who are overcoming crisis and entering adulthood resilient and ready for life.

Overcoming starts here.

At Immerse, we’re building a path for youth to enter adulthood with pay potential, at least one caring adult, trauma care for total well-being, and housing that’s safe and stable.

Your donation will help us sustain The Station and continue to make change, one youth at a time.

“When I go to the other shelters, I see grown men and that’s one of my fears. I don’t want to get stuck where I’m at. I really don’t. And I don’t want to put myself around a lot of people to teach me what they’ve been doing their whole life. So, now I sleep outside because…I don’t want to be that person and I don’t want to learn the ways that they’re gonna teach me.” - Todd
