Generosity Coordinator - Northwest Arkansas
As Immerse Arkansas continues expanding into Northwest Arkansas, we are looking for strong administrative and fundraising support as we launch and lead a new site. We are seeking a servant-hearted implementer who can anticipate needs, pay attention to details, build systems, and interact with the public with kindness and gentleness.
Reporting to the NW Arkansas Executive Director, the Generosity Coordinator will support the NW Arkansas Executive Director and the organization’s fundraising, development, and communications efforts in collaboration and alignment with the overall Immerse strategy, with primary duties including:
POSITION ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Executive Director - NW Arkansas, the Generosity Coordinator will be responsible for:
Development Support - Create a positive, missional donor experience through ongoing support to prospective and current donors, ensure accurate and timely reporting of donor activity in agency CRM, provide ongoing support to all fundraising strategies (including grants, major gifts, and annual giving), assisting the team in meeting fundraising goals, update gift acknowledgements/receipt copy monthly, help with EOY statements, mailing, gift processing and provide support in coordinating and implementing local events.
Administrative Support- Support the NW Arkansas Executive Director through performing administrative duties, managing the NW Arkansas office, and supporting the overall NW Arkansas efforts.
Relationship and Communications Support - Write, produce and edit proposals. Responsible for inventory of collateral materials.
Participation in Team and Personal Development - Continually seek opportunities for growth, understanding, and balance to maintain health, both individually and as a member of the Immerse Arkansas team. Promote teamwork through collaboration, support, and communication.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a preference in a communications or marketing-related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a fundraising or development role.
Skills Required:
Excellent time management: ability to multi-task to solve issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate both professionally and relationally in a manner which reflects Immerse values and branding.
Quick learner with ability to process and respond to feedback constructively.
Experience with working in Excel and fundraising databases is highly desirable.
Experience with the foster care system or working with youth in crisis is desirable.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be willing to work onsite as this is not a remote position.
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Must maintain current certification in CPR, First Aid, and other certifications as determined by the program.
Must demonstrate a commitment to the value of cultural competency.
