Donations to Immerse help put tools of transformation into the hands of young people who are breaking cycles of poverty and trauma every day, equipping themselves to enter adulthood healing, resilient and ready for life.

Your DAF gift directly fuels transformation for youth at Immerse who are being equipped every day to break generational cycles of poverty and trauma so they can enter adulthood healing, resilient and ready for life. While you can give directly from your DAF in seconds, the effect of your generosity is life-changing.

GIVE THROUGH A DONOR-ADVISED FUND

If you manage your charitable giving through a Donor-Advised Fund, you can easily recommend a grant to support Immerse.

Through your broker:

  • Provide your account number, as well as our legal name (Immerse Arkansas), EIN (81-1527518) and mailing address (P.O. Box 45385, Little Rock, AR 72214).

  • Tell your broker you want to initiate a charitable grant from your DAF.

  • Designate the amount of the transfer and Immerse Arkansas as the recipient.

  • Ask for a confirmation number or an email receipt so you can track the grant status.

Through your online brokerage account:

  • Log in to your DAF portal.

  • Search for Immerse Arkanas, EIN #81-1527518.

  • Enter the amount of the transfer and Immerse as the recipient.

  • Submit your recommendation.

 

There are other ways to make a difference.

  • If you have an Individual Retirement Account, you may be able to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution, which is a direct transfer from your IRA to Immerse. By giving directly from your IRA, you can satisfy part or all of your required minimum distribution.

    To make a QCD:

    • Contact your IRA custodian and request a Qualified Charitable Distribution payable to Immerse.

    • Provide our details:

      • Legal Name: Immerse Arkansas

      • Address: P.O. Box 45385, Little Rock, AR 72214

      • EIN: 81-1527518

    Here’s an example of a letter you could share with your IRA custodian:

    “Dear <Custodian>,

    The Secure Act of 2022 permits a rollover directly from an IRA to a qualified public charity. As the owner of IRA account <#123-456789> that is in the custody of your organization, I request that you transfer from that account the sum of <$?,000> to Immerse Arkansas. The Federal Tax ID Number for Immerse Arkansas is 81-1527518.

    It is my intention to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution to Immerse Arkansas directly from my IRA, which may fulfill part or all of my IRA required minimum distribution for this year.

    This letter is sufficient authorization for you to make this QCD gift. However, if you require any further documents, please forward those to me for my signature.

    Note:‍ ‍QCDs must be made directly from your IRA to a qualified charity to retain potential tax benefits.

  • Thousands of companies match employee donations dollar-for-dollar. Some even double or triple your gift!

    To find out if your employer is one of them:

    • Ask your HR department if your company offers donation matching.

    • If they do, submit your donation receipt.

    • Your employer will then send a matching gift to Immerse, multiplying your contribution!
