Executive director chosen for Immerse Arkansas’ Northwest Arkansas location

 
 

Fayetteville, Ark., January 14, 2026 — Scott Bull has been selected as Immerse Arkansas’ new executive director in Northwest Arkansas.

Immerse Arkansas is a social service organization based in Little Rock that works to support children aging out of foster care. The organization is planning to move to the Northwest Arkansas region, with Bull and newly appointed board members a part of this progression.

The new NWA-based board members include:

  • Kile Graves, a senior partner at Cornerstone Coaching in Fayetteville

  • Steve Lane, the managing director of Colliers Northwest Arkansas, and

  • Rebecca Mills, a Doctor of Public Health and the medical affairs process lead at Boehringer Ingelheim in Bentonville

Immerse Arkansas’ NWA division will help provide housing, transportation, support services, relationships, mental health treatment and support for low-income families.
