LifeBASE
LifeBASE offers supportive, stable housing and individualized coaching as you transition into adulthood.
Youth (including pregnant or parenting youth) live in group homes and apartments, with resident assistants living on-site or in a nearby apartment for additional support.
You’ll meet regularly with coaches to set and work toward goals, such as applying for jobs or working toward a high school or college diploma. You’ll have access to life skills training and other services provided by Immerse.
